The GEAK (Building Energy Certificate of the Cantons) shows on a scale from A to G how energy-efficient your building is. It assesses both the quality of the building envelope and the overall energy efficiency. The GEAK Plus goes one step further and contains concrete renovation options tailored to your building, including cost estimates. Many cantons require the GEAK or GEAK Plus as a prerequisite for granting subsidies.
